Pre-Operative Physical Therapy vs. Post-Operative Physical Therapy
In addition to services for general chronic pain and other ailments, Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy offers specialized guided treatment for patients seeking both Pre Operative Physical Therapy and Post Operative Physical Therapy. Both share the same goal of speeding up recovery time and returning your full mobility, so you can contact us for care before or after your surgery. Before surgery, improving your overall fitness and range of motion/strength will give you an advantage for post-op therapy. After surgery, doctor-approved exercises can reduce swelling and help you get back to an active lifestyle as soon as possible.
