RON HERBST , MPT, MTC, IS THE DIRECTOR OF GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT AS WELL AS THE AREA MANAGER AT CHESAPEAKE BAY AQUATIC & PHYSICAL THERAPY. RON SPECIALIZES IN SPORTS MEDICINE & MANUAL THERAPY FOR THE SPINE WITH OVER 20 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE IN OUTPATIENT ORTHOPEDIC PHYSICAL THERAPY.

Ron graduated in 1996 from the University of Maryland in Baltimore with a Masters in Physical Therapy after studying Kinesiology at the University of MD, College Park. In 2000 he earned his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine.
Ron has over 20 years experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy. Specializing in sports medicine & manual therapy for the spine, Ron has treated members of the Orioles, the LPGA and Champions golf tours, the Columbus Pride soccer team, Towson State baseball and lacrosse teams, and many other local high school & college athletes. With a special passion for golf, Ron has developed and run golf enhancement programs, and given multiple lectures on the topic of golf fitness. You may have heard Ron as the fitness expert on ESPN radio’s The Double Bogey Blues, WBAL 1090, or WNST 1570. He has also made guest appearances on WBAL & FOX-45 local news. Ron grew up in Baltimore County, has resided in the Baltimore area for the last 15 years, and loves to show off his two children, Olivia and Aidan.
