Danielle Dilloff Goldstein , MPT, Director of Operations
Danielle, Director of Operations at Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy, received a Bachelor’s of Science from Tulane University in 1996 with a concentration in Kinesiology. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University, receiving a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998. As a former full-scholarship, Division I tennis player, Danielle has a special interest in treating professional, collegiate and recreational athletes. Integrity, ethical responsibility, enthusiasm, and passion for wellness are hallmarks of her leadership. Greg Chrest , DPT, Reisterstown Clinic Director
Greg graduated from Elon University in 2011 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy after completing his undergraduate degree in 2006 where he majored in exercise sports science with a minor in psychology. He worked as a Personal Trainer in Charleston, South Carolina where he was able to focus on his love of adult fitness along with getting people of all ages interested in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. His special interest is continuing to cultivate his manual therapy skills along with sports medicine and management of chronic pain. Ron Herbst , MPT, MTC, Director of Growth and Development, Area Manager
Ron graduated in 1996 from the University of Maryland in Baltimore with a Masters in Physical Therapy after studying Kinesiology at the University of MD, College Park. In 2000 he earned his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine.
Ron has over 20 years experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.Specializing in sports medicine & manual therapy for the spine, Ron has treated members of the Orioles, the LPGA and Champions golf tours, the Columbus Pride soccer team, Towson State baseball and lacrosse teams, and many other local high school & college athletes. With a special passion for golf, Ron has developed and run golf enhancement programs, and given multiple lectures on the topic of golf fitness. You may have heard Ron as the fitness expert on ESPN radio’s The Double Bogey Blues, WBAL 1090, or WNST 1570. He has also made guest appearances on WBAL & FOX-45 local news. Michael Smith , DPT, MTC, Padonia Clinic Director
Michael graduated from the University of St. Augustine in 2012 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2009. Michael has also received his Manual Therapy Certification. Michael prides himself on providing individualized and evidence based treatments to facilitate healing and improve functional outcomes with each patient. An active healthy lifestyle is very important to Michael and he participates in various recreational sports including flag football, golf, baseball, softball, and basketball. Bud Ward, MPT ,
Bud Ward graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology after returning from Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm. He received his Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. Since graduating, he has worked as a physical therapist and director in outpatient therapy clinics in corporate practice, private practice, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital.
His training includes advanced coursework in manual therapy, spinal dysfunctions, and foot/ankle dysfunction. He has treated patients ranging in age from 5 weeks to over ninety years old. His specialties include spine care, joint replacement rehabilitation, post-operative fracture management, prosthetic training, pediatric orthopedics, and foot/ankle biomechanics. Bud enjoys working with challenging orthopedic cases and has a passion for helping people adopt healthy lifestyles.
As a lifelong athlete, Bud continues to stay active with running and weight training. He has coached youth soccer and served as the team physical therapist for the Chesapeake Charge professional women’s soccer team.
Bud is also a freelance writer who has written about health, wellness, ergonomics, personal development, and practice management. Silvia Meawad, PT, DPT, Laurel Clinic Director ,
Silvia graduated from Rutgers University, The State University of New Jersey (formerly the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ) with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Political Science from Stony Brook University in New York. She started her professional career in New Jersey working in an outpatient orthopedic clinic with emphasis on sports rehabilitation and aquatics. Her experiences there enabled her to advance clinically and hone her manual orthopedic skills, while also having the opportunity to treat patients of all ages, with different neurological and vestibular presentations. She eventually moved to Maryland and joined the Laurel Office of Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy. Chirag A. Kadakia, PT ,
Chirag is a skilled physical therapist who strives to make patients pain free and feel better. Chirag graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy (BPTh) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, in India in 2011. He is a Certified Mulligan Practitioner (CMP) and is a Certified McKenzie therapist (Cert MDT) and is working on to become a Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapist (CMTPT). His continued education has helped him understand the human body in a detailed and precise way.
Chirag’s interest in physical therapy started when he tried to look for options and ways to get people out of pain without using drugs or medications. After talking with different physical therapists in his home country, he realized that there were ways and procedures that may help individuals with debilitating conditions to feel better and get back to a healthy regular life. Chirag has experience in various specialties – Musculoskeletal/ Orthopedic, Neurological, Cardiovascular, Pulmonary and balance disorder, of which he specializes in Musculoskeletal/Orthopedic and Neurological conditions He has 6 years of experience working in outpatient physical therapy offices and inpatient physical therapy facility in India.
Chirag believes that understanding what the patient wants from therapy is critical to a patient’s recovery. Katie graduated from AACC/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2015. Kerry Kelleher , PTA
Kerry received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from McDaniel College in 2006. She went on to receive her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Carroll Community College in 2011. Since graduating, Kerry has worked in the outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. As part of her continuing education course work, Kerry is certified in Kinesio taping and specializes in pediatric and athletic rehabilitation. Maureen Taitt , DPT
Maureen received a BA in Exercise Science from McDaniel College. She then graduated from the University of Maryland School with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008. Experienced in outpatient orthopedics, Maureen’s treatment approach is comprehensive, focusing on how lifestyles and habits influence our musculoskeletal systems. Pam is a Certified Senior Strength Trainer, who also graduated with high honors and earned her Associates Degree from CSM/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2011. She decided to pursue her degree after having knee surgery and then attending physical therapy. Pam is a dedicated employee who demonstrates compassion and empathy with all of her patients. Ryan J. Orner, PT, DPT ,
Ryan obtained his Bachelor’s of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University where he studied Kinesiology. He went on to pursue his Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Temple University. While at Temple University Ryan had an array of clinical affiliations in both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy. He also worked with Division I athletes while completing a clinical rotation at La Salle University in Philadelphia. Ryan’s areas of expertise include orthopedics, manual therapy, post op and sports medicine. He also specializes in vestibular rehabilitation, vertigo and concussion management. Sarah graduated from the University of the City of Manila in the Philippines with Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. Sharyn graduated from Baltimore City Community College AACC/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2015. She returned to college after over 20 years working in architecture & residential landscape design as a result of acting as primary caretaker for a loved one who passed from cancer at a young age. Physical therapy, particularly aquatic therapy, piqued her interest as a healthcare specialty that teaches patients to truly better care for themselves in the healing, warm waters. Sharyn is most interested in training a wide variety of rehab patients by pursuing continuing ed to incorporate principles of yoga, myofacial release, dry needling, breath work, healthy nutrition & lifestyle choices for graceful aging. Tyler graduated from the C.A.C.H.E. Physical therapist Assistant program at Anne Arundel Community College in May of 2013, completed a Bachelor’s of Science in Health Systems management through the University of Baltimore in November of 2017, and completed a 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher program in April of 2017 in November of 2016. Tyler Became interested in physical medicine after discovering the healing power of manual therapy and mindful movement practices such as Pilates and Yoga. Tyler seeks to foster a kinesthetic awareness with in each patient to thrive with in his/her/ze’s individual body. In his spare time, Tyler enjoys cooking, kayaking, gaming with friends, traveling, and Yoga.
