  • Danielle Dilloff Goldstein , MPT, Director of Operations

    Danielle, Director of Operations at Chesapeake Bay Aquatic & Physical Therapy, received a Bachelor’s of Science from Tulane University in 1996 with a concentration in Kinesiology. She then went on to attend Nova Southeastern University, receiving a Masters in Physical Therapy in 1998. As a former full-scholarship, Division I tennis player, Danielle has a special interest in treating professional, collegiate and recreational athletes. Integrity, ethical responsibility, enthusiasm, and passion for wellness are hallmarks of her leadership. She is most proud of her staff, who embody high moral standards, excellence in therapeutic practice, and excitement for making a difference in the lives of others.

  • Greg Chrest , DPT, Reisterstown Clinic Director

    Greg graduated from Elon University in 2011 with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy after completing his undergraduate degree in 2006 where he majored in exercise sports science with a minor in psychology. He worked as a Personal Trainer in Charleston, South Carolina where he was able to focus on his love of adult fitness along with getting people of all ages interested in exercise and living a healthy lifestyle. His special interest is continuing to cultivate his manual therapy skills along with sports medicine and management of chronic pain. Growing up in Bel Air, Greg is a die-hard Oriole and Raven fan, and spends his free time training for triathlons and road races, playing the guitar, and sharing time with his family and friends.

  • Ron Herbst , MPT, MTC, Director of Growth and Development, Area Manager

    Ron graduated in 1996 from the University of Maryland in Baltimore with a Masters in Physical Therapy after studying Kinesiology at the University of MD, College Park. In 2000 he earned his Manual Therapy Certification from the University of St. Augustine.

    Ron has over 20 years experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.Specializing in sports medicine & manual therapy for the spine, Ron has treated members of the Orioles, the LPGA and Champions golf tours, the Columbus Pride soccer team, Towson State baseball and lacrosse teams, and many other local high school & college athletes. With a special passion for golf, Ron has developed and run golf enhancement programs, and given multiple lectures on the topic of golf fitness. You may have heard Ron as the fitness expert on ESPN radio’s The Double Bogey Blues, WBAL 1090, or WNST 1570. He has also made guest appearances on WBAL & FOX-45 local news. Ron grew up in Baltimore County, has resided in the Baltimore area for the last 15 years, and loves to show off his two children, Olivia and Aidan.

  • Michael Smith , DPT, MTC, Padonia Clinic Director

    Michael graduated from the University of St. Augustine in 2012 with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy and received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University in 2009. Michael has also received his Manual Therapy Certification. Michael prides himself on providing individualized and evidence based treatments to facilitate healing and improve functional outcomes with each patient. An active healthy lifestyle is very important to Michael and he participates in various recreational sports including flag football, golf, baseball, softball, and basketball. Michael is also an avid supporter of the Baltimore Ravens and Orioles.

  • Hina Joshi , DPT, Cert MDT, CMTPT, Laurel Clinic Director

    Hina graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore with a Masters in 2003 and Doctorate in 2004. Specializing in outpatient physical therapy and sports medicine, Hina enjoys working with patients that have a wide variety of orthopedic issues. Being a certified McKenzie therapist, Hina has a keen interest in working with patients with chronic low back issues. She has had the pleasure of working with Johns Hopkins pain management physicians and has had great success in management of chronic low back problems. Hina is also certified in trigger point dry needling and likes to incorporate it in treatment of her patients. Hina has been trained in fabrication of custom orthotics through Stride Orthotics. She believes in providing quality patient care with an evidence based approach. As an avid yogi, Hina uses holistic approaches in treating patients. When not at work, Hina enjoys spending time with family, being active in the school PTA, competing in races and traveling.

  • Danielle Parrott , PTA

    Danielle graduated from CSM/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2014. She became interested in Physical Therapy after having taken some classes at her college and learning about the human body and the healing process and wanting to be a part of this rehab process. Also, after having gone through Physical Therapy at a young age for her Hip Dysplasia. Danielle has a special interest in the outpatient orthopedic setting and enjoys working with a wide variety of patients. In her free time she enjoys hiking and spending time with her loved ones.

  • Katie Grove , PTA

    Katie graduated from AACC/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2015. She became interested in physical therapy after watching her brother go through therapy for an elbow fracture and after taking anatomy classes in college. She wanted to get involved with a profession that helps people and is fun! Katie enjoys working with all age groups and has a special interest in orthopedics and aquatic therapy. In her free time she enjoys swimming, boating, and going to the beach.

  • Katie Moran , DPT, ATC

    Katie received her Bachelor of Science degree in athletic training from the University of Delaware and is a certified athletic trainer. After working with high school athletes for a year, she continued onto graduate school and received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Marymount University. Katie has a special interest in orthopedics and enjoys working with athletes of all ages. In her free time she loves traveling and spending time outdoors, especially at the beach.

  • Kerry Kelleher , PTA

    Kerry received her Bachelor of Arts in Exercise Science from McDaniel College in 2006. She went on to receive her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from Carroll Community College in 2011. Since graduating, Kerry has worked in the outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation setting. As part of her continuing education course work, Kerry is certified in Kinesio taping and specializes in pediatric and athletic rehabilitation. Kerry enjoys spending time with her friends and family and playing with her dog. Some of her favorite activities include kayaking, hiking and going out on the boat.

  • Krystal Muller , DPT

    Krystal graduated with a B.A. in Psychobiology from Arcadia University and went on to earn a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Delaware in 2008.  She has experience in outpatient, skilled nursing facility (SNF), and home health care settings. Krystal enjoys treating total knee and hip replacement as well as chronic pain. In her personal time, Krystal enjoys spending time with her husband, twin daughters and dog.

  • Maureen Taitt , DPT

    Maureen received a BA in Exercise Science from McDaniel College. She then graduated from the University of Maryland School with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2008. Experienced in outpatient orthopedics, Maureen’s treatment approach is comprehensive, focusing on how lifestyles and habits influence our musculoskeletal systems. Maureen is a big proponent of yoga, lifelong fitness, and cross training. When she is not a physical therapist, Maureen loves being a mom to her 2 year old daughter and wife to her best friend. Maureen is a native to Severna Park and is very excited about the opportunity to give back to her community.

  • Pam Sheridan , PTA, CSST

    Pam is a Certified Senior Strength Trainer, who also graduated with high honors and earned her Associates Degree from CSM/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in 2011. She decided to pursue her degree after having knee surgery and then attending physical therapy. Pam is a dedicated employee who demonstrates compassion and empathy with all of her patients. One of the many reasons she has joined the CBAY team is for her love of aquatic therapy. Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time with her family.

  • Rommer Dizon , PT

    Rommer graduated as a Physical Therapist at St. Jude College in the Philippines in 2003.  He is a passionate PT who is always keeping up with the most current, best evidence-based treatments available.  He is passionate about physical therapy and is always striving to improve his craft.  His treatment method focuses on his patients most pressing issues while providing pain relief and improvement of daily activities.  He utilizes manual therapy techniques and exercises in his treatments.  Rommer is dedicated to giving his patients the best one-on-one, quality care he can provide. Rommer currently lives in Severna Park, MD,  is married to another PT and the dad of 2 boys.

  • Sarah Remaneses , PT

    Sarah graduated from the University of the City of Manila in the Philippines with Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 2004. Currently she is doing her transitional to Doctor of Physical Therapy with the University of Montana. Sarah has experience in the treatment of myriad orthopedic and sports injuries including low back pain and shoulder dysfunction. She is also adept in treating joint replacements and other post surgical conditions from pediatric to geriatric population. Sarah looks forward to furthering her skills in manual therapy and hand rehabilitation. During her free time, she spends quality time with family and participates in their church activities.

  • Sharyn Frederick , PTA

    Sharyn graduated from Baltimore City Community College AACC/CACHE Physical Therapist Assistant Program in May 2015. She returned to college after over 20 years working in architecture & residential landscape design as a result of acting as primary caretaker for a loved one who passed from cancer at a young age. Physical therapy, particularly aquatic therapy, piqued her interest as a healthcare specialty that teaches patients to truly better care for themselves in the healing, warm waters. Sharyn is most interested in training a wide variety of rehab patients by pursuing continuing ed to incorporate principles of yoga, myofacial release, dry needling, breath work, healthy nutrition & lifestyle choices for graceful aging. Free time is spent enjoying music, gardening, travelling, family & pets.

  • Vaibhavi Mehta , PT

    Vaibhavi, or “V” as she likes to be called, graduated from Saurashtra University in India with her Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy in 2013.  She joins CBAY’s Laurel team bringing her significant experience in Orthopedics and Musculoskeletal disorders to all areas of the body.  She has done extensive training in her home country of India and more recently in the United States  focusing on sports injuries, neurological dysfunction including balance and vestibular rehabilitation, and Cardio Pulmonary disorders.   V holds multiple certifications in the areas of  Health and Nutrition, Aerobic Fitness, and Neurological Development.  These certifications,  along with her philosophy of Manual Physical Therapy and individualized exercise routines, make up her  “whole body” approach.  This eclectic approach combined with her expert knowledge of Aquatic Physical Therapy  serves for her basis for all her patients.  When she is not working, V enjoys spending time with her family as well as  taking time participating in  her favorite hobbies of gardening and cooking.
